1. Can't find a product?
You've spotted a product of ours on Pinterest, or in our Etsy or Notonthehighstreet storefronts but you can't find it here? No problem, just use the contact form and let us know which one and we can help.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typically though we aim to print and despatch the following day of order (Our cut off time is midday) We post via Royal Mail 2nd Class or next day service depending on the quantity of your order.
3. Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns and exchanges but some items cannot be returned or exchanged - because the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
and ship back to us within 30 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
4. Data protection
