1. Can't find a product?

You've spotted a product of ours on Pinterest, or in our Etsy or Notonthehighstreet storefronts but you can't find it here? No problem, just use the contact form and let us know which one and we can help.

2. How much is delivery?

It's free standard shipping on all UK orders.

You can opt for a Tracked Next Working Day delivery option though - this is £6.95

International delivery is available and we send via DHL - this is £20.00. This might seem a lot of money but this is an express service and it is tracked. DHL aim for 3-5 days anywhere in the world! Royal Mail international service takes far too long and can be unreliable.

3. How long will it take to get my order?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typically though we aim to print and despatch the following day of order (Our cut off time is midday) We post via Royal Mail 1st class or UK Mail next day service depending on the quantity of your order. International orders are sent via DHL Tracked Service as mentioned above.

4. Customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Update : We have disabled delivery to some countries due to customs duties, import charges and taxes. Hopefully this will be temporary and we can offer service again in the near future. Currently we are only offering delivery to United States and Australia. 

 

5. Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns and exchanges but some items cannot be returned or exchanged - because the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for

Custom or personalised orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

and ship back to us within 30 days of delivery

We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

6. Data protection

    We collect the relevant information to dispatch your order, in line with GDPR guidelines on relevant data for contractual fulfilment. This data will not be used to contact you by post or email beyond order fulfilment, which includes any order queries or returns.

    We use cookies to personalise content and ads, provide social media features, and analyse our traffic. We also share information about your use of our site with our social media, advertising and analytics partners.

    If you are signed up for our newsletter, we will store your email address securely. You can unsubscribe at any time using the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of all newsletter emails.

    We will always treat your personal details with the utmost care, and will never sell them to other companies for marketing purposes.
