In times of uncertainty, customers need to know where they stand. Our brand is built on warm communication and good humoured playfulness, and that won’t change during this crisis.
We want you to know that we are following all the best practice guidelines as they emerge so we can keep on creating and dispatching gifts and cards to cheer people, and that seeing your heartwarming and hilarious personalisations is keeping us going too!
With that in mind, we’ve added the following little extras to our site
Now isn’t a great time to be popping out to pick up birthday cards or little gifts, but we have you covered with our send direct scheme.
We can print your own message in any of our cards or on a gift card and deliver it directly to your recipient, and we’ve extended the gift wrapping and messaging service to cover ALL of our products - on our website this is FREE. Just pop us the message in the instructions when you checkout.
Download and Distract
To help keep your kids busy during social distancing, we’ve made some of our discontinued colouring projects FREE to download, from Easter crafts to Place settings on a range of themes.
Please bear with us as we make these our files available, we will update the list here and publish on our social media channels too)
Staying social from a distance
We are so grateful for our online community of customers, designer makers and social media followers who are continually sharing their creativity, positivity and inspiration to lift our spirits.
We hope to return the favour with uplifting and useful posts across our social media, and will be sharing on the things you send us too - feel free to stop by and say hi on
